Since the "Mindhelp" prismatic viewer is a simple product, and its use is independent of any particular hardware or software, no customer support is provided. We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked, full refund warranty - including regular shipping & handling fees. Please check this product within 30 days from date of delivery (no more than 45 days from purchase date) to make sure that it works for you. If you are not satisfied in any way, return the package and your refund check will be mailed promptly. No other warranty or liability is offered or implied. The above warranty does not apply to bulk orders. Merchants and advertisers agree to fully evaluate the product before placing a bulk order; contact us for details. By purchasing or using this the 3-D Viewer, you agree that this is not a toy for small children, not a work tool for extensive use, and not for people who have vision problems or feel uncomfortable in any way while using it.
